We want to help you invite, renew and share faith, so we’re committed to design jewelry you think will help you do that and more. We welcome feedback on whether they wear well, and what designs you’d like to see. We also love to pray for our customers, so please correspond with us if we can pray for you, or the recipient of your jewelry. Because we’re both moms with school-age children, it’s best to email us at info@madetoglorify.com and we’ll gladly respond.

Lost or broken

If your jewelry breaks by no means of misuse (please click on and read our Jewelry Care page) within 30 days of owning it, please mail to: Made to Glorify, 3991 Glenside Drive, Suite H, Richmond, VA, 23228 and repair is free. If your jewelry arrives broken in the mail, please email us and we’ll send you a postage-paid envelope to return the entire piece, which we will replace. If you lose a charm, pendant, or other element, or if it breaks after 30 days, email us and we can quote you the cost of recreating the lost or broken piece.

Hand-Crafted Policy

Because each piece is hand-crafted, we can offer no returns after purchase. Please bear in mind our jewelry is affordable quality (so that anyone can wear the Word!), but it is not made of titanium or diamonds so we cannot offer a lifetime guarantee. We do promise, though, that wearing them and telling someone what the scripture means to you has the potential for lasting and genuine rewards.
